Drive space – Own/manage OS drive space issues to ensure enough space is available to perform defragmentation. Basic troubleshooting – Server support up to the application layer; iLO support / firmware upgrades; Service Pack upgrades; DHCP support ·         Disaster Recovery (DR) – Perform DR rebuilds/re-imaging when needed.
